Nagpur: The first match of the three-match One-Day International series between India and England will be played on February 6 at the Darbhanga Cricket Association Stadium, Nagpur.
Earlier, the Indian team had defeated the visiting England team 1-4 in the five-match T20 International series. The England men’s national cricket team is currently on a tour of India where it has to play a series of five T20Is and three ODIs against the host team. The five-match T20I series has been completed, which the host Indian team has won 1-4.
In the first two ODIs of the ODI series, the Indian cricket team will be led by the legendary batsman Rohit Sharma, while the England team will be led by Jos Buttler. The second match of the three-match ODI series between the two teams will be played on February 9 in Cuttack, while the third and final ODI match will be played on February 12 in Ahmedabad. All three one-day matches will be day-night matches.
