India vs Australia ICC CT 2025 Semi Final Match Highlights 4th March

The Australian team set the Indian team a target of 265 runs to win.

Australian captain Steve Smith scored 73 runs, Alex Carey scored 61 runs and opener Travis Head scored 39 runs.

On the other hand, India’s Mohammed Shami took 3 wickets, Jadeja and Varun Chakraborty took 2 wickets each.

Indian team captain Rohit Sharma scored 28 runs, Shubman Gill scored eight, Shreyas Iyer scored 45, Akshar Patel scored 27, Hardik Pandya scored 28 runs and Virat Kohli scored 84 runs.

The second semi-final of the tournament will be played between New Zealand and South Africa on March 5 at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, while the final will be played on Sunday, March 9, 2025.

Along with this, the first semi-final will be played tomorrow in Dubai between India and Australia, while the second will be played tomorrow in Lahore between South Africa and New Zealand. In the match played in Dubai, India batted first and set a target of 250 runs for New Zealand to win, in pursuit of which the entire New Zealand team was bowled out for 205 runs in 45.3 overs. Earlier, India’s first three wickets fell for a total score of 30 runs, Shubman Gill 2, Rohit Sharma 15, Virat Kohli 11 returned to the pavilion. A partnership of 98 runs was established between Axar Patel and Shreyas Iyer for the fourth wicket. Axar Patel was dismissed for 42 runs while Shreyas Iyer lost his wicket for 79 runs. KL Rahul 23, Hardik Pandya 45, Ravindra Jadeja 16, Mohammed Shami 5 and Kuldeep Yadav were dismissed for one run. Matt Henry took 5 wickets for New Zealand. Chasing a target of 250 runs, New Zealand’s Ravindra 6, Will Young 22, Mitchell Starc 17, Tom Latham 14, Glenn Phillips 12, Mitchell Bracewell 2, Kane Williamson 81 were dismissed. India’s Varun Chakraborty was declared the man of the match after taking five wickets.
